Pre-Game Social and Watch Parties for WIU Women's Basketball Game Friday, March 17

MACOMB/MOLINE, IL - - Western Illinois University's Alumni Programs will host a pre-game social at 5 p.m. Friday, March 17 in the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center in Tallahassee (FL) before the WIU Women's Basketball team takes on Florida State in the first round of the NCAA tournament.

WIU President Jack Thomas, Athletics Director Matt Tanney, Vice President for Advancement and Public Services Brad Bainter, Board of Trustees Chair Cathy Early and Alumni Director Amy Spelman will join the complimentary pre-game social.

For people who can't make it to Florida, WIU Athletics is hosting a watch party in at 6 p.m. at the Sports Corner @124 (124 N. Randolph St.) in Macomb and at 6 p.m. at the Parkside Grill and Lounge (2307 5th Ave.) in Moline.

The game will be broadcast on ESPN2 and ESPN3.
