Eckerly Retirement Reception

MACOMB, IL – A retirement reception for Western Illinois University Assistant Director of Alumni Programs Judith Eckerly will be held from 3:30-5 p.m. Thursday, June 15 at the WIU Alumni House, 1009 W. Adams St., in Macomb.

Eckerly began working at Western in September 1989 as a Secretary III for the Office of Student Activities (OSA). During her nine years in the OSA, Eckerly was promoted to a Secretary IV and eventually Staff Secretary. In January 1998, Eckerly made the move to Alumni Programs as a Staff Secretary. In January 2008, Eckerly was promoted to her current position of Assistant Director of Alumni Programs.

Eckerly is retiring July 1 after 28 years of service.
