Area Businesses Invited to Take Part in Macomb Marketplace at WIU

MACOMB, IL – Macomb-area businesses interested in showcasing their products, services and programs to Western Illinois University students are invited to take place in the Macomb Marketplace event Aug. 28, in conjunction with the annual WIU Student Activities Fair.

The Macomb Marketplace (formerly called the Local Business Fair) gives area businesses and industries the opportunity to get on campus and interact with hundreds of college students attending the activities fair. The Marketplace and fair will be held from 3-5 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 28 on the campus mall (directly north of the University Union).

The registration deadline is Wednesday, Aug. 21, with sponsorship levels set at "Gold Table" ($125), which includes a spot at the Macomb Marketplace Aug. 28 and one tabling event in the Union Concourse during the academic year, and "Purple Table" ($50), which includes a spot at the Marketplace.
