Potter Named COAA Advisor of the Month for December

MACOMB, IL – Western Illinois University College of Business and Technology Academic Advisor Andi Potter has been named the Council of Academic Advisors (COAA) Advisor of the Month for December 2021.

Potter received several nominations for the award, including one from a student who said she "represents the core values of WIU."

"She goes above and beyond in her job to make sure I make the right choices and follow the correct path academically," the nominator said. "She has gone far beyond my expectations, is well equipped for the job and deserves recognition for her work."

Each month a WIU advisor will be honored with a bookstore voucher. Award winners are decided by a committee that considers the applications each month.
