WIU Geography Department Research Exhibit Sept. 15-17

MACOMB, IL - - The second annual Geography Department Research Exhibit is scheduled for Tuesday-Thursday, Sept. 15-17 in Tillman Hall at Western Illinois University.
Research conducted by students and faculty will be on display from 11 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Tuesday (Sept. 15) and from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday (Sept. 16-17) in Tillman Hall Room 301F.
"We invite everyone to come out and explore the spatial facet of geography," said Samuel Thompson, geography department chair. "This display of research will help people discover how geography interrelates with many fields, including planning, engineering, sociology, humanities, physical sciences and others."
An opening reception will be held from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday (Sept. 15). Light refreshments will be available.
