Budget Brief [7/1/10]

Dear Campus Community:
Today, Gov. Pat Quinn released the state's budget for FY'11. Given the governor's budget announcement and our need to review its impact on Western Illinois University, as well as the continuing cash flow situation, I will provide the campus with a complete budget update as soon as possible after the holiday weekend.
