MACOMB, IL – Students, faculty and the community are invited to "make change happen" during an International Day of Peace celebration at 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21 in the Western Illinois University Multicultural Center.

The office of International Student Services, the Department of Political Science, the College of Arts and Sciences, International Friendship Club and Casa Latina Cultural Center will sponsor the event.

A variety of desserts will be available during the event. Attendees will also receive free peace poles to take home.
