Multicultural Event Planned at Western Dec. 5

MACOMB, IL – The Western Illinois University Organization of Arab Students will host "Meet Our Arab Students: WIU is a University for All," at 4 p.m. Monday, Dec. 5 at the Multicultural Center on campus.

The event will feature presentations by students from five countries, presentations by WIU faculty and traditional Middle Eastern food and music.

The event is co-sponsored by the WIU Department of Political Science, the Division of the Vice President for Student Services, the Expanding Cultural Diversity Project, the College of Arts and Sciences, the Center for International Studies and the College Student Personnel program.
