MACOMB, IL - - Grab your mixing bowls, and preheat your oven! Western Illinois University's Department of Dietetics, Fashion Merchandising and Hospitality (DFMH), in collaboration with WIU's University Relations (UR) office, has debuted a short video recipe series on Western's Facebook and Pinterest pages that will leave your mouth watering for these delicious and easy-to-make recipes.

Each Tuesday, from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m., DFMH hosts its Knoblauch Café lunches in Knoblauch Hall, room 239, and UR student content producer Ryan Garity has produced several videos highlighting recipes that will be used this semester, or have been used past semesters.

Garity, a senior broadcasting major from Crystal Lake (IL), filmed DFMH students preparing the food in the Knoblauch corporate kitchen and put together a series of short videos to be released throughout the spring semester on social media sites, such as the WIU Facebook and Pinterest pages.

Students, faculty, staff and community members can enjoy nutritious lunches cooked and served by DFMH students on Tuesdays throughout the spring semester. Cost is $7 per person and includes a dessert and a beverage. To make reservations or request a carryout order, call (309) 298-2284.
