WIU Emeritus Professor to Sign Copies of His New Book June 1 at New Copperfield's

MACOMB, IL – Western Illinois University English Professor Emeritus Jim Corter will sign copies of his new book, "First Things First: Ephemera and Offscourings of a Distracted Writer," at New Copperfield's in downtown Macomb from 10 a.m.-noon and 1-3 p.m. Saturday, June 1.

The book is a collection of essays and short stories, most of which have been published in a variety of places over the years, including the "Chicago Tribune" and "The Chronicle of Higher Education."
