Wendell L. French Obituary

MACOMB, IL – Graveside services for Western Illinois University Professor Emeritus Wendell L. French will be held at noon Saturday, Sept. 5 at East Linwood Cemetery in Galesburg. A visitation will be held from 10 a.m.-noon Saturday at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Funeral Directors and Cremation Services, Galesburg Chapel.
French passed away Wednesday, Aug. 26 in Macomb.
After coming to WIU in 2005, French taught microbiology at the University for eight years.
He is survived by his mother, Marvel "Lois" French, of Macomb and several members of his extended family.
