Popcorn, Honey, Produced on WIU's Allison Research Farm For Sale on Campus

MACOMB, IL -- Give your friends and family a gift that pops with local flavor and school spirit this holiday season!

Purple and gold popcorn, produced on Western Illinois University's Allison Organic Research and Demonstration Farm, is the perfect stocking stuffer.

Half-pound bags are available for $2 each in the WIU School of Agriculture office in Knoblauch Hall, office 145, on WIU's Macomb campus. The office is open 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, but call (309) 298-1080 prior to stopping by to make sure someone is there.

The popcorn can also be purchased in bulk for $3 per pound (a 25 percent discount) for any order more than five pounds. In addition, honey produced on the Allison Farm is available in four-ounce jars ($5), one-pound jars ($12) and three-pound jugs ($30).
