WIU-QC's 'Manage Your Stress Week' Promises a Plethora of Relaxation

MOLINE, IL – Western Illinois University-Quad Cities is set to host a series of events and activities for "Manage Your Stress Week" from Monday to Wednesday, December 4-6. This long-standing WIU-QC tradition occurs the week before final exams and is a collaborative effort by WIU-QC Student Services, Student Government Association (SGA) and various student organizations. The aim is to provide a range of relaxing and enjoyable activities to support students, faculty and staff in managing stress during this critical period.

The lineup of events includes:

Monday, Dec. 4
8-10 a.m.: Enjoy a self-serve coffee bar and delicious donut treat with SGA in Riverfront Hall.
4:15 p.m.: Rock and pot painting with the Counseling Association in the skybridge between Building A & C.

Tuesday, Dec. 5

3:30 p.m.: Hot chocolate and cookies with the Counseling Association in the skybridge between Building A & C.

Wednesday, Dec. 6
3:30 p.m.: Coloring and snacks with the Counseling Association in the skybridge between Building A & C.
4-6 p.m.: Movie night "Demon Slayer: Mugen Train" with Anime Manga in Riverfront Hall 120.
4 p.m.: Help manage stress with yoga in Riverfront Hall 103/104.
