WIU Students Inducted Into National Communication Honor Society

MACOMB, IL - - Sixteen Western Illinois University seniors were recently inducted into Western's chapter of Lambda Pi Eta (LPH), the National Communication Association's (NCA) student honor society for academic achievement.
Communication majors and minors with a minimum cumulative 3.0 grade point average (GPA) and a 3.25 GPA in communication who have at least 60 hours of course work are eligible for membership.
LPH, founded in 1985, is the official communication studies honor society of the NCA and an accredited member of the Associate of College Honor Societies. With more than 400 active chapters and more than 5,000 members nationwide, LPH recognizes, fosters and rewards outstanding scholastic achievement while promoting interest in the communication discipline.
The WIU communication department and the Pi Pi chapter of LPH hosted the induction ceremony. The followed students were inducted:
