Take A Swing at WIU's ROTC Car Smash Fundraiser

MACOMB, IL - - No need to be alarmed if you see a group of people taking swings and putting a beating on a car while tailgating before the Leathernecks' Saturday, Oct. 16 football game vs. Youngstown State.
Western Illinois University's ROTC program is hosting a fundraising Car Smash from 4-6 p.m. in the tailgating parking lot (Q Lot). Anyone interested in swinging at the car, which is donated by Cale's Towing, can do so for $1 per swing. All proceeds go toward WIU's Army ROTC program for community service projects and events.
