MACOMB, IL -- Hello mudda, hello fadda! Greetings from Camp… Western Illinois University students, insert the camp name here.

It's not too early to make plans for your summer job, and you'll have the opportunity to do just that via the recreation, park and tourism administration (RPTA) department's annual Summer Camp Job Fair slated from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. Monday, Feb. 14 in the University Union Grand Ballroom. (The SCJF has been rescheduled after being canceled last week due to the blizzard in Macomb and across the Midwest.)

Interested students may want to bring résumés and/or their reference lists to the SCJF, as there will be opportunities for employment interviews on site.

According to the RPTA Summer Camp Job Fair website, students from every major at Western can gain valuable experience working at camp; summer camp employers can utilize individual student's interests, skills and abilities to use at camp.

For more information, contact WIU's RPTA department at (309) 298-1967 or via email at rpta@wiu.edu. Find the WIU RPTA department's Summer Camp Job Fair on Facebook at www.facebook.com/scjf.wiu.
