College of Education and Human Services' Research Symposia to Showcase Student, Alum Research

MACOMB, IL -- Western Illinois University's College of Education and Human Services (COEHS) will present the third annual COEHS research symposia, slated for Monday, April 25 and Tuesday, April 26, during COEHS Week 2011 (Monday, April 25-Friday, April 29). Current COEHS students, as well as recent alumni (who have completed their degrees within the last two years), will have the opportunity to showcase their research and/or creative projects in a tabletop format at one of the two research symposia.*

The two symposia will be held on the Macomb and Quad Cities campuses per the schedule below:

  • 5-6 p.m. Monday, April 25, Macomb campus, Horrabin Hall 1
  • 3:30-5:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, WIU-QC campus, main lobby and room 102 A/B/C

Individuals interested in participating in this event should complete the call for proposals (due by Friday, April 15, and available online at www.wiu.edu/coehs/coehs_week/symposium/). The symposia are open free to the public.
