Recreation, Park, Tourism Field Career Showcase Feb. 27

MACOMB, IL - - Do you ever dream of becoming a theme park manager? Or maybe of working on a cruise ship? Or perhaps pursuing a park ranger position? If any of those career possibilities—plus many others, like sports complex director, camp director or cultural arts supervisor—appeal to you, you'll want to attend the Western Illinois University Department of Recreation, Park and Tourism Administration (RPTA) Career Showcase next week.
Slated for 6-7:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 27 in the University Union Prairie Lounge, the RPTA Career Showcase will feature displays and information tables that students can peruse, so they can learn more about the many opportunities available in the recreation field.
