CPA Review Course offered at WIU

MACOMB, IL - The Western Illinois University Department of Accountancy, in combination with CPAexcel, will offer a CPA review course beginning Friday, Jan. 18.
The review course includes Friday and Saturday sessions with in-class instructional videos, an instructor to go over practice questions, a supplemental on-line course, review books, software and a set of flash cards. The regular price for the review is $2,000, but a discounted price of $1,490 is being offered through WIU.
The review group meets most Fridays from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. In addition, the review meets most Saturday mornings and afternoons beginning at 9 a.m.
In January and February, the review will cover financial accounting and reporting and end Feb. 23 with business and environment concepts (BEC). The review course will have a short break and reconvene on Friday, March 22 with regulations (REG).
Auditing and Attestation (AUD) coverage will begin on April 19 and be completed on Saturday, April 27.
