Business Services Director Interview Set

MACOMB, IL -- One candidate for the director of business and financial services at Western Illinois University will be on campus for an interview Thursday, June 19.

An open meeting for faculty and staff with Keith Jackson, controller at Northern Illinois University, will be held from 3-4 p.m. June 19 in the University Union Lincoln Room.

Jackson has served as comptroller at NIU since 1999. In that role, he is responsible for grants administration, accounting, accounts payable, travel, asset management and fiscal and compliance reports and audits. Prior to his role at Northern, Jackson was the assistant controller (1995-99), manager of accounting (1987-1995), senior staff accountant (1983-87) and staff accountant (1981-83) at Loyola University in Chicago.

A Certified Public Accountant, Jackson earned his MBA from Loyola and his bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois.
