WIU-Macomb, QC to Re-open Nov. 27 [Posted: 2:15 p.m. Nov. 26]

MACOMB/MOLINE, IL -- The Nov. 26 closure for the Western Illinois University-Macomb and -Quad Cities campuses will expire at midnight (12 a.m.). A weather advisory will remain in effect through noon Tuesday, Nov. 27 for both campuses. At this time, the Macomb and Quad Cities campuses will resume regular operations Nov. 27 and classes will begin at 8 a.m.

The WIU policy on limiting University operations because of emergency conditions is available in the Administrative Procedures Handbook. Employees working in essential positions may be required to work their regular hours during an advisory and/or total shutdown.
