Fall 2020 Welcome: Interim President Martin Abraham

"I am honored to be part of a caring community that wants nothing more than to provide an outstanding educational experience for our students. Our faculty and staff have spent countless hours working to provide the best opportunities that they possibly can, in spite of the existing challenges.

While the way we go about our business will change, our mission remains unchanged: Our students will receive an outstanding education, will meet a broad diversity of people, will participate in activities that expand knowledge and skills, and will experience a world beyond their home.

This will be an unusual semester for all of us as we continue to adapt to the practices that are needed to provide the safe educational environment we all want to achieve. Please be flexible. Pay attention to University notices and emails. Faculty and staff will be adapting, just as you are, so please be patient. Our goal is to have a safe and successful semester. If we all work together, I am confident that we will be able to achieve much.
