CHRO Interview Set

MACOMB/MOLINE, IL – Cynthia Lotz, director of human resources at Illinois Wesleyan, will interview for the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Western Illinois University, Tuesday, July 5.
An open session will be held from 2:30-3:30 p.m. in the Union Capital Room and via Zoom. For those participating via Zoom, the registration must be completed in advance at https://tinyurl.com/58w5uvrx.
Lotz has served as the director of human resources at Illinois Wesleyan since November 2018. Previously she was the director of human resources at WIU from January 2018-November 2018, after serving since Aug. 2017. She worked as the associate director of human resources in November 2016, and had served as administrative clerk/business-administrative associate in academic personnel at WIU since January 2013. Lotz has also served as the human resources coordinator (1995-2013) and as a human resources assistant (1994-95) at Bridgeway in Macomb.
Lotz received her MBA and her bachelor's degree from WIU.
