WIU-QC to Offer Students Mentorship Opportunity

MOLINE, IL - - Western Illinois University- Quad Cities, in collaboration with QC Elite, invites WIU students to become a Robotics Mentor for the FRC Team 648, "QC Flaming Squirrels" from 6-8 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday.

WIU students will mentor local high school students in FIRST Robotics Competition and learn what it is like to coach a team, gaining a remarkable and rewarding experience.

Areas covered in mentorship include Business, Computer-Aided Design, Communications, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Programming and more.

Team 648 meets weekly at the South Park Mall, 4500 16th St., Moline, IL 61265.
