WIU-QC SGA to Host Meet and Greet Social Jan. 31

MOLINE, IL - - The Western Illinois University- Quad Cities Student Government Association (SGA) will host a "Meet and Greet Social" for students to meet with the WIU administration team from 5-6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31, on the Quad Cities campus in Building C Atrium.

"SGA wants to provide a laid-back and comfortable environment for students to meet and chat with members of WIU's administration team," said SGA President Ashley Danner. "This falls right in line with our duty as SGA to advocate for student concerns and serve our students the best we can."

This informal event is an effort to bring familiarity to students by putting a name to a face on campus and allowing students to feel they can approach the administration team comfortably with initiatives and concerns or talk solutions.

Refreshments and snacks will be provided at the event.
