One Candidate to Interview Tuesday for WIU Institutional Research and Planning Director

MACOMB, IL – One candidate will interview Tuesday, May 16 for the open director position in the Western Illinois University Institutional Research and Planning office.
The candidate is WIU Psychology Professor Kristine M. Kelly. In addition to teaching at WIU, Kelly was the graduate coordinator for the Experimental Psychology program from 2010-15, and the associate director of the Centennial Honors College from 2008-10. She has also been the lead program reviewer for the University of Northern Iowa's Social Psychology Master's Program in 2020, and the lead researcher and program developer for the Western Illinois Children's Center, Children of Divorce Program for the Ninth Judicial Circuit from 2006-07. Prior to coming to WIU in 1997, Kelly was a graduate teaching associate for the University of Tennessee Department of Psychology from 1994-97; a graduate teaching associate for the University of Tennessee Evening School from 1995-97; a research assistant for the University of Tennessee Department of Psychology from 1993-94; a teaching assistant for the California State University Department of Psychology from 1991-93; a statistical consultant for Paul Dempsey of California State University from 1992-93; and a statistical consultant and program evaluator for the Professional School of Psychology in San Francisco, CA.
Kelly received her bachelor's degree in psychology from California State University in Sacramento, CA and her doctoral degree in experimental psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
