Dear Campus Community:
Since the duties of the Ethics Officer conflict with the requirements of the Fiscal Control and Internal Auditing Act, Carole Carter has had to resign as Ethics Officer at Western Illinois University.
Bruce Biagini, an attorney in the firm which provides legal services to the University, will serve as Ethics Officer for Western. Should you have any questions related to the new ethics legislation, please contact him at bbiagini@macomblawoffice.com.
