L.I.F.E. Program Spring Fling May 11 at WIU

MACOMB, IL – The Macomb L.I.F.E. (Learning is Forever) program, which is sponsored through the Western Illinois University School of Distance Learning, International Studies and Outreach's Non-Credit Programs Office, will hold its annual Spring Fling reception from 4-6 p.m. Friday, May 11 in the University Union Lamoine Room.

The L.I.F.E. program is affiliated with the Elderhostel Institute Network (EIN), a national organization of more than 150 similar groups devoted to adult education. According to the L.I.F.E. website, the program is, "An independently administrated organization...composed of area residents who develop the courses, select the teachers, establish the class fees and promote the curriculum."

All L.I.F.E. participants and their guests, and anyone interested in L.I.F.E. programs and events, are welcome to attend the reception. Complimentary snacks and beverages will be provided, and there will be a cash bar.
