Knoblauch Café Opening for the Semester

MACOMB, IL - The Western Illinois University Knoblauch Hall Café will be open in the building's corporate dining hall, room 239, from 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays from Sept. 30-Dec. 4.

Meals will be $7 and will include an entrée, drink and dessert, and carry-outs are available.

The menu includes:

Tuesday, Sept. 30
California club sandwich or
Veggie club sandwich
Tri-color pasta salad
Mini pineapple upside-down cake

Thursday, Oct. 2
Chicken quesadilla or
Veggie quesadilla
Tortilla chips with homemade Pico de Gallo
Apple crisp

Tuesday, Oct. 7
Spinach-stuffed manicotti (available w/meat sauce)
Olive Garden salad
Cheese biscuit
Chocolate cake with buttercream frosting

Thursday, Oct. 9
Italian beef or
Grilled veggie hummus wrap

Strawberry salad w/signature poppy seed dressing
