Call For Calendar Items: Women's History Month

MACOMB, IL – The Western Illinois University Women's Center is seeking information to be included in the calendar of events for Women's History Month (WHM) 2008 in March.
According to Women's Center director Janine Cavicchia, the national theme for WHM 2008 is "Women's Art: Women's Vision."
The Center will publicize all relevant activities taking place both in the community and WIU Macomb and Quad Cities campuses on a calendar, she said. "We will distribute these calendar of events posters across campus and in the Macomb community the last week of February."
For inclusion, the following information must be e-mailed no later than Tuesday, January 22 to womenscenter@wiu.edu: program title, date and time, location; sponsor, co-sponsor(s); admittance charge (if any); restrictions (if any), targeted participants; telephone number for more information; whether the event is open to the public; and contact person's name and telephone number.
