Ultimate Poetry Slam Friday, March 5

MACOMB, IL - - Western Illinois University's Gwendolyn Brooks Cultural Center (GBCC) Cultural Expressions will present "Ultimate Poetry Slam" for students looking to express themselves through poetry.
The event will take place at 9 p.m. Friday, March 5 in WIU's University Union Heritage Room.
Participants must sign up between 8:15-8:45 p.m. to present. Participants need four poems/pieces, one piece per round and there is a time limit, 3 minutes and 10 seconds per piece.
