Western Walks Raises $500 for Samaritan Well

MACOMB, IL -- Thanks to Western Illinois University employees, Macomb-based homeless shelter Samaritan Well received an almost $500 donation last week. Members of the WIU Employee Wellness committee gave a check for $494.75 to Cynthia Struthers of Samaritan Well Friday, Oct. 29; the money was raised from the Employee Wellness committee's Sept. 29 Western Walks event at Hanson Field on the Macomb campus.
