Remote Labs - Special Permission Required

Remote labs are now available only for specific circumstances. If you need to use a computer, please visit one of the computers labs on campus. Information about available labs can be found at Some classes can be granted permission to use remote desktops. Instructors - If your class require remote labs please put in a ticket with the uTech support center requesting permission.

You must first connect to the Palo Alto GlobalProtect VPN Client before using a remote lab computer. Visit for installation and configuration instructions. Your username is "WIU-AD\Your ECOM Username" and your password is your ECOM password.  Note: multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required for all VPN access.
